Hola necesito saber el estado de mi paquete ya que lleva desde el día 13 congelado. Necesito saber cuanto tardar en llegar a mi país. Es muy urgente

your parcel should be outside china now. normally parcel will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks before arriving your country. status will not change during the time. no need worry at this moment.
