1. After tracking your parcel I was not able to find out if your parcel departed China for Malaysia.
2. The last tracking that might give us a hint is this:
2016-09-28 14:48
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly
3. Normally when we see that Export directly, it mean in most cases that the parcel in On Route to the country of destination. But without any further tracking is difficult to confirm that.
4. I have tried to track on the Malaysia Post site and this is what I get:
Please insert the correct Tracking Number.
No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet.
Please try again later or contact Customer Service at 1 300 300 300 for further assistance.
5. May I suggest you read this for your country Malaysia:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
6. Also please take note that the week 3-7 Oct was a National holiday all over China. So China Post was not working only skeleton staff.
7. To me your parcel is fine, you just need to track it for maybe new movement.
Hope this help.
