RI681482545CN is my tracking number, my parcel is stucked at a moment in customs for more than a week now and it's not moving, now my item protection ends in 14 days,will it be possible that item can reach in 10 days or what steps I should take to get it passed quickly from customs??

Kalkota customs processing is slow. If you buyer protection is not expiring, keep waiting, otherwise you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute.
