what this mean? | Tracking Number : RH315617013CN

1. While tracking on different sites, I have the same tracking as you.

2. I suspect it could mean 2 things;
a. Mail bag is trying to get aboard a flight to your country Indonesia but there is no room, or
b. Your parcel has difficulty passing the Security or Customs check.

3. May I suggest you keep tracking your parcel for 1 more week and if you do not see any improvement, then just contact the seller to ask him to call China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out about your parcel.

2. Your parcel is En Route to Malaysia. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country Malaysia is 3 to 4 weeks.

From my experience, your shipment should arrive at MPIC PMIH (KLIA) approximately 7 days from 5 June 2016. It will then take about one day for the item to be dispatched out to PUSAT MEL NASIONAL. And one more day for the item to be dispatched out to the local post office.

You may be able to check for the status at http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace#trackingIds=RH324081700CN.

thanks for yr helping, but i already the status and china post still sama till now, and pos malaysia not being record yet. and i call them to double confirm still same the answer.

can anyone help me to give advise me how to find the solution?

1. Your parcel is En Route to Malaysia. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country Malaysia is 3 to 4 weeks.

2. You need to wait for your parcel. May I suggest, next time you buy something from China and you want fast delivery, you can ask for China Post EMS. It will be faster to get to your country.
