Hi, I placed an order on March 8, 2016 with the tracking number RF198921511CN. As I have checked the status It has not changed since April 2nd and says "Guangzhou departure". Do you know what is going on? It hast been almost 3 weeks since then and I have no updates on when my package is going to arrive. Thanks!

I do not see any problems with your parcel after tracking it on 3 different sites.

You should look at this for your country:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time
