I ordered batteries last month (1st week of September) from an AliExpress store and they were shipped using Turkey Post too (I think they ship the same way for SouthEast Asian countries (you're in Malaysia, I'm in the Philippines).
Basically, when I checked the tracking info, it took about 7 days for the batteries to get from China to Turkey (no tracking update between those days), and then 7 days before it arrived in the Philippines (again no tracking update between those days), from there it's the local customs... I got the batteries last week. You can use track-chinapost.com or the Turkey Post website to check the info.
I'm not sure if Turkey Post is still usable, because I reordered some batteries later last month (3rd week of Sept), and the seller didn't use Turkey Post anymore (I asked seller why shipping method changed, and she said Turkey Post not allow anymore), so they use BPost (Belgium Post) to ship batteries.
I'm still tracking the BPost shipment, it took 12 days to get the batteries from China to Belgium. And today is already the 8th day in Belgium with no tracking update yet. Seems to be slower than Turkey Post. But hopefully it gets shipped successfully.
Yesterday I'm checking the price of those same batteries again, but now those batteries say "cannot ship to my location" anymore. Maybe BPost has also stopped shipping batteries? Just hoping that my batteries currently in Belgium do get shipped to the Philippines..
