http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows the parcel just arrived Changchun,Jilin. It will be delivered very soon. If your receiver do not get the parcel this week, call china post EMS hotline 11183.

Can someone tell me the status of my package coming from America. My tracking number from the US is CX248850072US. The last scan from the US was it arrived at the Pudong International Airport. No Scans since 31 October 2015. It is coming to Shanghai, China and I just need the status of the parcel.

My tracking number is RI713797110CN. Can you please let me know the current status of my package and when to expect the delivery. As I gave my physical address and cell phone number, I would like to know whether the package will be delivered to my address or I will be notified through phone when the package arrives in my country. Am in Kenya.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped on Oct 31 from china. You should get the parcel by end of Nov.

PS. The parcel will be delivered by Kenya Post authority. We don't know if how the parcel will be delivered, but the procedure should be the same as you get postal parcel in your own country. For detail of the delivery processing, you should ask Kenya Post about their international parcel regulations.

If I call Hotline number, I don't know to speak chinese . Please Can somebody help in this matter.

you should find someone in Jilin to call china post EMS hot line 11183. here most users including admin are outside china, we can not call that number. The parcel will be returned to India very soon if you don't pickup it asap.
