1. Maybe it's a good time to contact seller and ask him to contact China Post: 11185 to find out where is your parcel.

3. Also Your parcel might be in your country at the Customs Office getting clear. You might want to call Australian Post to find out about your parcel. Do they track a Registered parcel from China?

Hi, the final destination should be czech republic in Europe. This is strange to me that it can has 3 possible routes:(.

Hello, i have contacted Australian post that and received comments below. Is there any chance to investigate??:

I've checked the tracking for your parcel, and can see that it has been scanned as delivered on 18 May 2016 in Australia. Parcels that do not require a signature will either be delivered to the letterbox or left in a safe location. If this parcel was supposed to be sent to Czech Republic then I would advised you to contact China Post so they can start an investigation.

1. Have you contacted the seller?

2. Maybe he gave you the wrong tracking number for your parcel?

3. Maybe he is the one that made the mistake and sent your parcel (merchandise) in Australia?

4. If seller does not respond to you within a reasonable time frame, then open a dispute to get your money back.

5. That all I can think of to help you out for this parcel. The only site showing Australia is this one:

6. Just notice what Australian post told you, your parcel RH302761334CN is a Registered Mail, so it does need a signature by someone to have the parcel.

Hello, thank you for your support, no supplier do not come back to my request and questions. They do not react on messages or emails. So i opened the dispute, do you think that i will get money back?

1. Depend of the seller how he will react to the dispute, maybe you will have to escalate. Give as much info possible, tracking etc...
