2016-11-29 15:23:12.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

2. Either your parcel is traveling inside China to a new location or it has a hard time to pass the China Post Export Customs Scan.

3. You might want to look at this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

4. May I suggest you contact seller to let him know that your parcel seems to be block at the Export Customs check in Guangzhou.

RF449721211CN is ok. no need worry. it should be outside china now, you can not see new status at this time. none scan and update the parcel status after the parcel left china.

ok thanks @chinapostvolunteer, i thought it might be blocked at export customs scan just like the original poster because we have almost same tracking activity (latest - domestic transit) and this is the first time it happened that delivery is taking too long compared to my previous orders

It seems that my parcel is still in china, 2016-12-07 13:34:00.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan, it is already delayed for 13days and now it is not moving again, so frustrating, i just want to cancel this order already. Is it possible to have this parcel returned to the sender while it is still in china and i will just ask for refund.

2. Your parcel was mail on the 23 Nov, it's been on the road for 2 weeks now. May I suggest you read this for your country:

3. Your parcel is still in China, I was not able to find a tracking showing that the parcel departed China yet.

4. It's the busiest time of the year for any Post Office in the World, so most definitely mail will be slow.

5. If you feel it's taking to long for your parcel, contact the seller and let him know and see what he is going to tell you.

It's a santa costume item that I bought last 11/11 but the seller just shipped it last 11/23 so there is already 12days delay. It says on your link that the longest arrival time to Philippines is "20 days", today is the 15th day already but it is still in Guangzhou. I want to know if it is possible for my parcel to arrive before Christmas because if not, i have to cancel this order, I'm sure the seller know that it will be used on Christmas since it's a santa costume, if he/she just shipped it immediately after I paid my order last 11/11, I'm not going to worry that it will not arrive on time
