I would like to inquire where is my parcel sent to China:

Since Feb 20, 2016, It has not been updating.

2016-02-20 09:31:18.0 arrive 投递红荔 delivery office
2016-02-20 09:35:58.0 投递红荔 attempt delivery

I am sending that package so that I can get a refund for a defective wireless card
shipped by angiesonki on ebay.ph

Still no refund today even if he promised to do so before parcel arrives.

the parcel arrived China Post office in 红荔, you should ask receiver go to that office and pickup the parcel. Receiver's address might have problem.
