It's been 30 days and I haven't yet recieved my package to Qatar.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the real shipment date is Jun 30. so your seller should have delayed the shipment.

normal shipping time from china to Qatar should be 4 to 8 weeks.

It says it's left the Beijing Airport, shouldn't it have reached?

even parcel has left beijing, it still needs about 2 to 5 weeks travelling before arriving Qatar.

if you paid over one month and you have not got the parcel, open dispute to seller and claim refund for lost parcel.
