My tracking no is RM614364656CN , the status shows edi recieved send item abroad for three weeks now , what should I do wait or ask for money back from seller.
Also how much time usually after this status to first ship and then reach India.
All help is appreciated thanks in advance

EDI received mean the parcel has not arrived India yet. This status might freeze for 2 to 6 weeks. It is normal.
