Hello, i loose my goods on number RK187957855CN, its been 2 months a ago untill now i never get my goods, any one can help me? this is screenshot of my ship status, thanks.

parcel to indonesia normally can arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. if you do not get the goods after 2 months, normally it means the parcel is lost or rejected in customs.
