Hello,

Last update on my parcel RJ803308866CN is,
12/09/2016 16:30:00 China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

I contacted KOLKATA Post office but they said the parcel has not arrived at Kolkata Air Foreign till date.

How to contact the China office and raise a complain?

1. If you have any complaint to do you should first contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and try to have an arrangement with him.
