GOT A PARCEL FROM THE UNKNOWN SENDER. JUST A BARCODE IS MENTIONED IN THE FROM : ..... WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND OUT THE SENDER OF THIS SHIPMENT.

you can not know the sender. china post does not record this kind of data.

then how can we found out the sender ??, how can china post sending parcel without sender information??
is it not illegal ??

is there nay way to found out the sender by barcode number ??

china post does not record sender information.

we got 3 times these type of parcel. and in all parcel there is no sender information , will you please give us any contact number of china post , or can you take any step against this issue. because for our safety , we need to know that from where this parcels are coming.

can you please contact us from now before sending us this type of unknown parcel ??

China Post can not do this for you.
