Hi,
Can someone help me understand why this item is stuck in Shenzhen for the last couple of weeks. The packet contains op amps- something commonly used in amplifiers.

Will I eventually receive this parcel or will it be sent back to sender?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was rejected on Mar 7 by safety officer.

The seller says that the post office has submitted again (as per the tracking). Is there any chance I will get this parcel or you think I should ask for a refund?

if your buyer protection is not expiring, you can wait one or two more weeks and see what happens, otherwise you should open dispute for refund.
