I ordered a laptop charger in mid december. seller shipped parcel number RI765609599CN and seems to be getting rejected at customs.

What should i do to get my parcel and what to do to prevent this in future. Will problem be solved by re-ordering same item with chinapost or should i ship it with DHL or some other carrier.

if no battery inside, it should be ok. I believe the reject is a mistake.

Are you sure it will arrive?...It got rejected twice. My protection ends in 17 days.
