Good Day
Kindly be informed that tracking status of this cargo didn't move or record from 4 days ago , last information is departure Beijing at 20/11/2015 , till today there is no more information !!!!! Where is my cargo now??? final destination is Duhouk - Iraq.

Your parcel should have left China. Parcel status will stuck at its last china location for a couple weeks when it is outside china. It is normal, no need worry.

Thanks so much , that means I can't follow parcel out of China until I receive it in Iraq?
I want to know what agency will receive in Iraq, There is not China Post Office in Iraq!
What is the estimated date to arrive Iraq?

after it reached iraq the parcel will be handed to your local national post who will deliver it to you
