they said here

2015-07-13 09:35:55.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2015-07-13 14:32:47.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2015-07-13 19:03:18.0 leaving Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center ，next station Dongguan center
2015-07-14 19:06:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2015-07-14 19:23:14.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

and the status stop on 14 July till now.

the parcel should have left china. status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks after the parcel left china. you can wait 2 more weeks, if it does not arrive, open dispute to seller.
