Hi, seller provided this tracking no. for shipment to Singapore. The status shows parcel arrived at Canada on 28 January 2015. Is there something wrong with the shipment? Thx.

RI327458552CN is going to Canada not Singapore. I believe your seller either shipped to wrong country or gave you wrong number. you need to open dispute and claim refund asap.

It depends on where you bought it from. Every company (ebay, alixpress, amazon) has a different way to do this. Look under help or faq for instructions.
