Hi dear China Post,

My tracking parcel RF123219066CN, have been dispatched on 23rd November 2015 from china, which reached at end of november in destination country which is Pakistan Karachi, however the officials didn't filled any update till 10th of December, when i saw the update in Pakistan post, which indicated that parcel reached at 5th December, i tried to call them no one was receiving the call, when i tried to communicated with email, their respond was only that send to this and that, yet I am not clear whether my parcel is what end in Pakistan post, and what clarification they required to send me parcel from karachi, there it stuked for 12 days, moreover, its service provider responsibility that they should communicate the clients for any reason on contrary i have to do this upon it they are reluctant to clarify, my primary question is as the formal binding exits with china post and Pakistan post, this perhaps the responsibility for china post that why pakistan post is not sending the article to destination and why it is stuked in one place more than 2 weeks, to get this consignment was experimental for me on basis of this performance, kindly look into matter and help me to resolve it!!
