My parcel RG214590395CN was sent on 07 September 2015 from Beijing to Fiji. But i don't know why they sending to Shanghai. Cant they directly send it to me from Beijing to Fiji. Still the parcel is in China , i don't know when they will send it to Fiji. Can anyone tell me where next will my parcel go after it is send on plane to Fiji. Why so slow.

China Post does not have fix flight route to Fiji. The transit route changes very very often. You no need worry too much.

I am worried because its been more then 3days and yet no update on my package. Either its stuck or lost at Shanghai. That is why i am worried because this is the first time something like this is happening to me.

Can China Post confirm if the package is lost or why it has been stuck in shanghai for more then 3days? Why this is happening to me.

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. After parcel left china, none scan the parcel for china post, the status will not change anymore.

But i think the parcel is still in china as it says [Internal Transit]. So you saying parcel left china?

From the arrival time statistics table for Fiji, it should take at least 31 days to get to be delivered, and most likely closer to 43 days. It's only been 6 days, I wouldn't be worried.

i know that. but my query is why the parcel is at Shanghai from 4days and why they sent to shanghai from Beijing when they could have directly sent it from there.

I think that says it all. Maybe they have a better chance to get it on a plane in Shanghai, or can send it by a faster routing. Shanghai is an even busier air cargo airport than Beijing, third busiest in the world. If you want to discuss the finer points of airmail routing with China Post, you'll probably have to call them on the phone directly. :)

Ok..thanks...but im still confused as when i track through http://www.track-chinapost.com it gives some other results and when i track by the other link as metion below its gives other result. So maybe china post is slow in updating results or maybe gives false updates.
