Dear Admin,

I sent a parcel From Malaysia to China(Guangzhou) on last 2/7/2015
Parcel reached guangzhou mail office(恒福投递部)
but due to the name of the recipient dint correct due to he sent me a shortname rather than the real name, so he cant collect it,

I ask for his real name now and I would like to change the name of the recipient to his name or else he cant collect it,

Tracking No: CP 133946117 MY

Any Idea how to let my recipient collect it? its impossible for me to call the guangzhou office :/

you can not change name. the parcel will be returned to Malaysia.

really no other way? sending back and forth is too troublesome and costly :(
