😡 hi my parcel is supposed to be shipped to Los Angeles California USA but upon tracking was shipped to Philippines

Seller must have given you wrong tracking number or shipped to wrong person. you should open a dispute asap. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435

Seller must have mistakenly used same tracking number on two separate parcels

Hello, Package tracking # CP916700994HK was shipped 4/16 to Guangdong, China and supposedly arrived 4/24 based on online records; however, it was never received by the recipient. On the other hand, China post tracking indicates that it is "on route." I suspect that the package might have been delivered to another location. Can you please clarify and confirm the status of package. Your help is very much appreciated!

your parcel has delivery problem. it is now in 中山市邮政局臻园营业处, it will be returned to Hong Kong very soon. Ask receiver go to that office and pickup the parcel asap

Hello, My uncle went to 中山市邮政局臻园营业处 on June 1st and was told the package was already sent to Hong Kong. However, the HK post office insists that the package was never sent over. Will you kindly help us? Thank you.

CP916700994HK left 中山市邮政局臻园营业处 on Jun 3. It should be somewhere between Guangzhou and Hong Kong(most possible in Guangzhou customs or Shenzhen/Hong Kong border customs). You can not get it from 中山市邮政局臻园营业处 anymore. Maybe you need wait one or two more weeks and get it from Hong Kong Post.
