Hi. I would like to know what's happening to these parcels:
RB917589413CN has not been updated since the 6th of January, so the seller resended me another one with a tracking number RB874114545CN. This seems to be stuck in 'Departure from outward office of exchange" for more than a week.
Is this normal or a problem? I really need the package to arrive.

What does 'dispatch to destination country' means?
Does it mean that it's on the way to the country?

You might track the result from a wrong website. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will NOT show you any confusing result such as 'dispatch to destination country' .

Dispatch to destination country was not the exact phrase but I got the information from this site: http://track-chinapost.com/track_philippines.php

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the number is invalid, your seller did not ship anything yet.
