Post RB287639758CN Order Status Please Help

My Order RB287639758CN was sent to airline on 21st December.But after that, it's status is never updated.Neither I can see the current location of my order.What might be wrong with it, Kindly help.

normally you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks after the "sent to airline" date to get the parcel.

My Order RO066171971CN shows the following status

9/30/2016 9:14:00 AM China 23002800 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
10/4/2016 3:47:00 PM China BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
10/5/2016 China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

The status hasn't updated since 5th October. Can someone please help.

I called the local post office but they are unable to help.
