Hi China Post Admin,
My consignments tracking num are: RF036084444CN and RJ446908107CN. Can you please help me track my parcel.There haven't been any update since last month. I am wondering if they stuck somewhere in customs. If you can pls check where it is, i would really thankfull :) .

Hi China forum,
I have to parcel with tracking no RM244903000CN and RF291633076CN on the tracker it showed both have reached India one on 20/07/2016 and 23/07/2016.After that there has not been any update. Can you please help me track my parcel and check where it's stuck... Thank you

your parcel should be delayed in customs (either china or india). If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection. otherwise keep waiting.

Can you pls tell me how long does it normally take for custom to release it...
