2. There is 2 possibility, one your parcel did not pass yet the Export Security scan, you may want to look at this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. Or your parcel pass the Export security check, to find out may I suggest you contact seller and give him the above tracking and mention to him you are worry that the parcel did not pass the Export security check. He might be able to call China Post to find out if your parcel pass the check.

4. Also please understand that the parcel you got is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and it's the most economical way for seller to send parcel overseas. It has minimum tracking and can only be track in China. Also it can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery.
