I have a case with Chinese seller on eBay there was a problem with the item so he send me money to send him back, he says that he didn't receive the item, and the tracking number shows me that the item delivered to him, Ebay ask me for a proof that the item has been delivered to him :

I did go to Saudi post so I can get a proof that he received it I ask for it the said that the will contact China post, then a come back after Two weeks the said that China post didn't reply to us, even after months, still no reply from china post.
I hope that I can find a solution for this problem
