I have purchased one item in ebay and tracking number is - RD105570205CN

But the item should have a coresponding status like
CHINA, BEIJING, Insert item into bag (Otb)

I have purchased another item in ebay and tracking number is - RD105570174CN
Here you can see that -

So why RD105570205CN doesn't have the Otb status like RD105570174CN?

Once the item has Otb, we can track it from Indian postal tracking like -

But RD105570205CN is still not traceable even after two weeks of departure from Beijing.

Can you please help me out?
