Hi,

Can you please update me with my parcel status (Tracking #: RF396348606SG). It was expected to arrive on June 21, it's too late now and no more updates are showing on the website.
Only this message has been showing for a week

2016-06-20 - 03:50:00 PM Departed From OutWard office of exchange to - JEDDAH SINGAPORE

1. If the parcel is not scan you will not see any tracking but that does not mean the parcel is not moving.

2. The message 2016-06-20 - 03:50:00 PM Departed From OutWard office of exchange to - JEDDAH SINGAPORE

Means that your parcel has pass into the Customs Office in Singapore and everything is OK and going to Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Thanks for you kind reply my friend, i'll try to visit the Saudi post soon maybe they have any useful info about this parcel.
