I totally understand that its not with china post any longer. Just wanted to know if its with customs or post office? by your experience?

It's been more than 23 days but the status of my shipment shipped via China Post Registered Air Mail Tracking Number : RS725767842CN is still " Electronic information has been received 2017-08-14 22:23:06".

I asked the seller about tracking details and this is the reply I got : "hi. friend.we has contact the post bur they not reply us now.if parcel not delivery , we can resend new item or refund u.do not warry. thanks"

WTH is going on ? It's beyond comprehension.Kindly tell me the status of my shipment.
