Hi could you please check on my parcel, the status stop at 9 Dec, after that no updates already. Shipped from Singapore.

RC682326189SG is Singapore Post parcel. track it in Singapore Post website.

This is no update shown in singapore post website after being handled over to china post and as far as i know the status is not updated after 9 Dec.

2015-12-09 15:16:51.0 arrive 区府路post dept. delivery office.

Its already 16th now, parcel stuck in the delivery office? Please advise urgently.

Your parcel is shipping to China? you should ask the receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Yes Shipped to China, why should it be picked up by the receiver ? Isn't China Post supposed to deliver it to the receiver?

it seems that your delivery address has problem. China not like Singapore, not every place has China post delivery service, many place does not even has official address.

i stated the address in chinese clearly, and the hotline no one is picking up, how do i go about like that. Can you get some one from china post to call me up instead? there is even the receipient telephone number stated on my parcel, cant they call up the person to check ?

You should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185. You can not call it from Singapore.

I have mentioned before: many addresses(more than 50% area in China) can NOT be delivered by China Post. China is a developing country and quite unorganized. many new industrial area, village development zone are not created with an official address by China government. many address might be a self-made address which is known by nobody except local people who created it. You can not expect China Post know such address and make proper delivery.

Also China Postmen are all very busy. so you can not expect them to call receiver and make delivery for cheap register airmail parcel.
