My parcel arrived in nanjing on 9 Feb. Today is 25 Feb. Since then its status has been the same. Why hasn't it been delivered for the past 17 days.

Rx568069495DE is China Post changzhou office. you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.
