Hi,

My parcel RI458738189CN says it has been sent abroad as the last status. Now it has been more than 10 days and the status has not changed.

I called Kolkata sorting office and they said they have not received it yet.

Can someone verify this?? Was my parcel lost?

status stuck for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, no need worry too much.

Hi,

Its now been more than 4 weeks. I called up Kolkata Sorting/Customs office. They say they have not yet received the item.

Anyway to confirm if the parcel was actually sent?
