Dear China post,
i have not received my parcel /Parcel No.RM647551311CN/ i have sent many emails to you but no one has responded yet,its been almost 2 months the tracking page is not been updated since 2015-11-18 :( :( :(

PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO HELP

"import customs cleared" means your parcel was rejected in customs. you should open dispute for non-arrive parcel.
