good afternoon

my parcel number RI468315026CN since 2015-06-07 22:23:14.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

until now, there are no update status

is that normal???

RI468315026CN status is ok. sometimes status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks without changing(especially when parcel has left China) . It is normal.

but until 26-Jun-2015 10:18 Unsuccessful delivery
what I should do ??

RI468315026CN is in the hands of Indonesia Post, you should contact them and pickup the parcel asap.
