Post Parcel location unknown

Hi, this is my parcel tracking no. LM027215504CN
It says 40400 in location, what is that supposed to mean?
Also i did not put PO Box. I gave a proper physical address.
Now I don't know where to go and get it from. I did not even receive a call either. Delivery was never attempted.

Please help

The last tracking is saying this:
2016-06-23 16:24
Dammam Central Post office - AD DAMMAM, delivered

2. Your parcel is possible there to be pick up.
