Post Parcel hasnt left Beijing yet

This is the activity of my parcel:

2016-06-03 11:24:39.0 西外大街post dept. received
2016-06-03 11:42:12.0 西外大街post dept. customs scan
2016-06-03 17:57:20.0 leaving 西外大街post dept. ,next station 京大平面
2016-06-04 02:12:39.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-06-06 09:43:33.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared

It's been 9 days since my parcel got cleared from customs and it shouldn't take such a long time for it to leave Beijing, so why does it seem like it's stuck in one place?

I'm really excited to get my package but it's taking so long to arrive :-(
Can anyone help me regarding this issue?

1. This is what I found for you:

Local date/time Activity Location Remarks

2. So the parcel is En Route to Philippines, China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time is 2 to 3 weeks.

3. From now on you can track your parcel here:

Hi,

Here's what I can find on your shipment:-

Jun 07, 2016 12:00 am Dispatch to country of destination China Post

Jun 06, 2016 09:43 am Prepare dispatch to destination country China Post

Jun 06, 2016 09:43 am Export customs cleared China Post

Jun 04, 2016 02:12 am Export security scan China Post

Jun 03, 2016 05:57 pm Leaving parcel center, next stop 【京大平面】China Post

Jun 03, 2016 11:42 am Customs scan by parcel center China Post

Jun 03, 2016 11:24 am Posting of item China Post

Jun 03, 2016 11:24 am Shipment received by parcel center China Post

The shipment has already left China (on June 7, 2016) and is on its way to you. You should check the ETA to your country. Normally it will take around 7 - 10 days to arrive.

Not to seem impatient or anything, but is it normal that the tracking's not being updated? The last update in the tracking system here and from http://tnt.phlpost.gov.ph/index/ were two weeks ago.

1. Normally when there is no update on tracking it means the parcel has not been scanned. That does not mean that the parcel is not moving to another destination.

2. Maybe your parcel is in the Philippine Customs Office getting clear, after it clear, it should go to the Philippine Post for delivery. The time spent in Customs does not count in the China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Philippine which is 2 to 3 weeks.

3. If you want you could give Philippine Post a call:

I couldn't contact PhlPost through call and they haven't responded to my e-mail yet. I found a different tracking site, http://track.track-chinapost.com/phlpost/en-RD366190192CN.html?. When I first found it (2 weeks ago), the transit was 34 days, which changed to 46, and now to 48. There still hasn't been an update on my parcel's tracking. Should I contact the sender now? Thanks.
