Hello everyone,

Please could you check about the status of my parcel and possible tell me whether there's any issue, since it arrived the location it was shipped to (Guangzhou, CN) 4 days ago, but still wasn't delivered to the recipient. I paid for priority air mail, which was bloody expensive, so that the person would get it before Christmas...

Do you think the content of the package could be the problem? It contains a small hobby painting set, with a few very small cans with paint (I'd say each around 5 ml)? I just found out that it's forbidden to send any kinds of liquids to China...

it should be ok. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel just arrived Guangzhou on Dec 17. wait about 5 days and see if you can get it. if not call china post hot line 11185 and see if you can pickup

Well, 2 days passed and no change. I tried calling the hotline, but no one answered the phone. What shall I do?
