tracking number RI499837739CN

My order has not been updated and the tracking shows it has been stuck at (2015-12-17 10:01:24.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared). Whats the reason for it being help up so long as i checked other user's tracking and right after the export custom clearance they get sent to the airport.

How long more do i have to wait for my items to arrive ?

it should be waiting for airline space in Guangzhou. Now is rush season, processing is very slow. you should get it by end of Dec or early Jan.
