Hello all, So I bought an item on aliexpress and the seller gave me this tracking no
RF051746967CN
as of today 28/7/2015 i still get this.
Date/Time Status
2015-07-14 10:05:31.0 Electronic Data Received

What is going on?

your seller did not ship the goods. you should open dispute to aliexpress.

Is this true? Before I open an dispute, is there any chance that the package is on the way but the status have not been updated?
