My tracking information of my parcel from china to Saudi Arabia has stopped since 31 march 2015
It is wooden toy, the estimated time of delivery by the seller ended on 5 May 2015 and it still in exchange office in china
please help me I need to know what is going wrong

RK203226848CN should have some problem in guangzhou customs. you'd better open dispute before buyer protection expires.

but i need to understand what type of problems is ?
the parcel will go back to the seller and not arrive Saudi Arabia ?
Or should i wait till problem is solved

normally customs will not tell public what is the problem. if the protection is expiring, you can do nothing but open dispute.
