Post No tracking update for 7 days

Hi. Package has been shipped last 21 August from China going to the Philippines. It has been a week already and I do not see an update on the tracking website. The only entry there is "Electronic information has been received" and no further update.

Is this delay in the tracking updates information normal? Should I expect that the product is moving even though there is no update on the tracking website?

Please help. Thanks.

"Electronic information has been received" means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post. If you can only see this status and no other location status available, it means your seller did not actually ship the goods.

I HAD BOOKED A PENDANT LOCKET FROM EBAY ON 19/08/2015 AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 27/08/2015 , UNBELIEVABLE , SUPER FAST SERVICE AND SUPER FAST DELIVERY SPEED THE TRACKING ID WAS - RT289398595HK, MAY BE THIS IS MY FIRST REPLY ON THE WEBSITE IN WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED SO QUICKLY , THANKS EBAY AND THANKS CHINA AIR REGISTERED MAIL.

Thanks! I informed the seller and it appears that they shipped the goods when I told them. This is what appears in the tracking now:

2015-08-21 12:22:49 Electronic information has been received
2015-08-28 13:46:51 [ parcel center ] has Acceptance
2015-08-28 22:51:10 [Center] has sealed packet sent
2015-08-28 22:57:07 Left center [packet], next [Shenzhen Center]
2015-08-29 00:02:38 [Shenzhen exchange bureau] has been exported to be opened
2015-08-29 18:09:57 [Shenzhen] have been exported mutual exchange bureau seal (domestic transit)
2015-08-31 13:21:29 [Guangzhou] have been exported straight exchange bureau closed
2015-09-01 08:46:00 Reach [ Guangzhou Terminal ]
2015-09-01 08:50:52 [Guangzhou] left post Air Terminal

Can you tell me the estimated delivery time after the package left Guangzhou?

"XI ' an Exchange Bureau" have been exported to each other (internal transit).

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows the parcel status is EDI received which means it has not arrived India yet. It should be delayed in some airport between china and india such as Hong Kong or Singapore.
