Regarding RI577122477CN

the item has reached in my city Bangalore in India, but the status now showing is Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb).. and it is Going back to KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE.

please help.

Contact India Post right away and see if you can make arrangements to pick up your item or have it redelivered.

after the parcel left china, the status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks, your parcel status is normal.
