your parcel status is looping in Guangzhou. Based on my previous experience, it is a bad sign which means the parcel might have problem to pass customs or safety scan.

If I were you, I will wait another week and see if I can get the parcel by Xmas time. If not , I will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund for non-arrival parcel.

No. I believe delivery chance is less than 40%.
