Hello
I placed an order for three items from one seller on June 16th
seller used all the processing time (6 days) which wasn't really an issue
then he provided me with the tracking No. RH148793267CN
12 days passed and there was not any record on this number
i contacted the seller and he acted very apologetic and said China post office had sent back the parcel for an unknown reason. and he claimed he has sent the parcel again. i said fine and asked for the new tracking No and he said the number is the same.
now another 6 days has passed (18 days total) and still there's no record.
i'm starting to get frustrated and i think seller is not being honest.
i'd really appreciate it if you check this tracking No. and tell me what to do eventually.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was shipped on July 10. it is real number. However, you can not know if what is really inside and who is the real receiver. so I suggest you open dispute and claim refund first. if you get the goods and everything is ok, pay back to the seller.

thanks for the response
since tracking site is showing records i think i'd wait couple of more days
at least the destination is right
seller had 39 days on-time delivery guarantee which only 12 days has left, if i sense that parcel won't arrive by then i have to dispute anyways
