My parcel with tracking number 1085806061008 seems to be lost or stuck somewhere! Since April 20th, it's showing the same message "your parcel is delivering now" but i have not received the parcel.

I contacted the seller on aliexpress and they didn't reply until I raised a dispute and then they replied saying they'll extend the deadline and to cancel the dispute, so I did this and again they've gone silent as I've been asking them to contact the courier.

I e-mailed MTY tracking - [email protected] - as listed on their website - but the mail returned to me saying that server is unresponsive.

Really don't know what to do!
Please help!

1. The meaning of the "your parcel is delivering now" is that your parcel was given to your country inbound Post.

2. Then eventually the parcel has to go through the Customs Office of your country, then back to the Post Office for delivery.

3. As far as e-mailed MTY tracking, I'm in the same boat as you, tried to contact them but impossible.

4. When does your protection end? What is your country?

5. I have seen here a fellow that cancel a dispute with a seller and now he can not open a dispute anymore for that parcel. So maybe you can confirm that with AliExpress?

6. Other then the above comment, I'm wondering what I can do for you!

Hi,

In regard to your order(s) with AliExpress my advice would be

(1) Never click on the "cancel" button on a dispute unless and if you are very-very sure (I mean 110%) that you'll receive the package. By doing so, you will lost your entitlement to another dispute against the seller. If you believe that the seller has not ship the order(s) out or the shipment has not even left China and the protection period is ending, then, my advice is to escalate the case to AliExpress customer care. This is despite the promise made by the seller to extend the buyer protection period. Most sellers at AliExpress guarantee that buyers will receive their orders within a certain time limit (30 - 60 days). Therefore, if you did not receive the order within the promised period, you have a strong case to file a dispute ; and

(2) Never click on the "accept" button for a new proposal made by the seller (after you have filed a dispute). It will automatically means that the order is closed although you have not receive the order(s) yet. My advice is to escalate the case to AliExpress customer care.

Thanks both of you for your advice.
I will take it up with AliExpress customer care right now.

Also, I have 9 more days left until purchase protection expires and my country is India.
I had made 4 other orders (they came via different posting methods from china post small packet, to china post registered and yanwen express, etc - they all arrived by end May).
