Respected sir. I send a parcel India to China. My tracking number is RH151147705IN. Tracking system shown parcel has been delivered. But parcel not delivered to destination place. Tell me what reason behind this unsuccessful delivery. Thanks

Respected sir. Pleased tell me delivery date of my parcel. & tell me delivery address. Addressee told me your parcel not received by them. & you can ask you about my parcel receiving status. His tel: 86-13652443123.this is electronic whole seller. Ankaka . Thanks

delivery date is May 4th. As address is not recorded into China post computer database, you can not know delivery address.

Respected sir. The addressee told me your parcel not received by them. What I do ?please take action against them. & conform china post office pin 518031 where my parcel delivered about my parcel status only tracking system shown parcel has been delivered. Thanks

the parcel has been delivered. If you return goods for refund, you can claim refund now.

Sir how can claim for refund? Tell me the refund procedure. The addressee says that your parcel not received by them. They said that we can take action when your product received. Sir please give me suggestions. Thank
