2. You parcel was given to India Post for inbound parcel from China. So now it has to go through Customs after that it will be given to India Post for delivery.

I have not taken any action as after asking many people they said not to worry as they send this type of letter for additional money and if I did not response to it then the max they will do send the parcel back to the sender or the will keep with them, So i did nothing only after that I complain to the seller as it was his fault that he mentioned wrong information and the site which was in middle, I got an replacement from there without any charges. He again sent the product to me with the correct description on it and I got it delivered to me.
